SAAYEAH CO. LTD (hereinafter "the Company"), and its subsidiary entities DEBIT TRADING LTD and GAS EXTRA INC LTD, hereby issues this formal declaration to clarify the legal standing and lack of association regarding the parties identified herein.
1. DECLARATION OF NON-AFFILIATION
It is formally stated that the following individuals and legal entities have no current affiliation, partnership, employment, or cooperative relationship with the Company or its subsidiaries:
- Mr. Saied Omidvar (Iranian Passport No: E58235090);
- Mr. Miqael Das;
- ALM CAPITAL INVESTMENT PTE LTD;
- PARS MOBIDIC COMPANY;
- Sheikh Ahmad AlBarzanji.
2. ABSENCE OF AUTHORITY
None of the aforementioned parties holds any official title, executive position, or administrative responsibility within SAAYEAH CO. LTD, DEBIT TRADING LTD, or GAS EXTRA INC LTD. Furthermore, no power of attorney, signatory rights, or representative mandates have been granted to these parties. They are strictly prohibited from acting on behalf of, or representing themselves as agents for, the Company or its subsidiaries in any capacity whatsoever.
3. INVALIDITY OF INSTRUMENTS
Any contract, agreement, instrument, or correspondence purportedly executed by the aforementioned parties—whether bearing the name, trademark, corporate logo, or official seal of SAAYEAH CO. LTD, DEBIT TRADING LTD, or GAS EXTRA INC LTD—is hereby declared fraudulent and counterfeit. Such documents are issued without the requisite corporate authority and shall be deemed null and void ab initio.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
SAAYEAH CO. LTD and its subsidiaries hereby disclaim all liability, without limitation, for any financial loss, legal damages, or obligations arising from dealings with the aforementioned parties. Any person or entity entering into agreements with said parties does so at their own peril. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including criminal prosecution and civil litigation for fraud and trademark infringement, against any party misrepresenting their authority.
