We formally declare that Mr. Herbert Keller (Passport No. X5769444, Swiss National) holds no position within our organization and possesses no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of GAS EXTRA INC LTD. Any representation to the contrary is categorically false.
It has come to our attention that a Client Information Sheet (CIS), a Deed of Agreement, and other documents bearing our company name and purporting to identify Mr. Keller as Chief Executive Officer of our organization are fraudulent. We hereby confirm that any such documentation is invalid and has been issued without our knowledge or consent. GAS EXTRA INC LTD declares this document to be null and void.
Therefore, GAS EXTRA INC LTD shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal obligations arising from any actions, contracts, or representations made by Mr. Herbert Keller. Any party engaging in business with this individual under the misrepresentation that he is acting for our company does so at their own risk.
All parties are advised to exercise due diligence and verify directly with our corporate headquarters regarding the authority of any individual claiming to represent GAS EXTRA INC LTD.
